How do I know if my order was placed successfully?

Once you successfully place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order and your order ID.

I wish to add few more products in my order. Will it be possible?

Once you have confirmed the order and we have accepted it, you cannot add any more products to your order. You will have to place a fresh order for the other products.

Is Cash On Delivery available?

The Cash On Delivery payment method is not available for international orders.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Orders once shipped are typically delivered within 6-8 working days. Deliveries may be delayed due to factors like public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc

How do I cancel my order?

Once your order has been placed, it cannot be canceled.

What are the payment options available?

We accept all cards except Rupay and Diners Club. PayPal is another payment option available.

What should I do if my payment fails?

If the payment fails, it will be refunded in 5-7 working days. You can reach out to us if this does not happen within the time period mentioned. Our email ID is connect@thesouledstore.ae.

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping is free. There are no additional shipping charges.

Is the pricing inclusive of taxes and duties?

Yes, the pricing is inclusive of taxes and duties.

Can I exchange or return an order?

Exchanges and Returns do not apply to international orders. However, in case you've received a defective product please reach out to us at connect@thesouledstore.ae within 48 hours of receiving your order along with the images of the product and our team will help you with a refund once the claim is verified.

Through which courier company will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped via Aramex.
